This is a Honey Pink Bourbon + (Wine Yeast / Peach) Jairo Arcila co-ferment + an organic Ethiopia Musa Abulalesa organic blend.
You will get undeniable ripe baked peaches on the aroma and taste that turns into a savory peach almost like peach clobber. The finish has a peach syrup mouth feel that lingers. Some are detecting a hint of butterscotch as it cools. We don't want to put this one down! Overall is a cleaner blend that packs a huge peach punch.
This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Santa Mónica. This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on. During this fermentation stage Peach and wine yeast were added. The cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds with ripe peaches placed amongst the coffee until the ideal moisture content was achieved.

This is a Light - Medium roast giving us around a 12.9% weight loss.

It's true... peaches peaches peaches. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it. But after opening the bag, I immediately knew this coffee was special. It's delicate, but prominent in flavor, robust but not overpowering. It's not difficult to dial in. I used higher water temp, 17.5 g in, finer grind, 37 g out, 2 pumps vanilla, and 6 oz foamed milk. It was a special latte and the most memorable part of the day.

I really like this one … very delicate and the peach notes are subtle but very noticeable. I’m hoping they will have this for a while but also excited what they come up with next. This is a top level specialty coffee roaster. Highly recommended!!

Though not as successful IMHO as the recent strawberry-infused beans, these peach-infused beans create a nice "funky" coffee. Good for Good Brothers to keep pushing the envelope.

Had this as a pour over this morning using my Hario Switch, and it was delicious. I should have let it rest since it was roasted a few days ago, but I couldn't wait. Gave it a shot in the afternoon as espresso as well, loved it even more (see what I did there)! Try a higher ratio for espresso, I used 1:3 and it was lovely.

This coffee tastes amazing! It is fantastic as a pour over and as espresso. I made a flat white with it, and it tasted like I was eating peach cobbler. It was incredible. Just buy it, you won’t regret it!
