* This is an 8oz bag that reminds us of Pink Bubble Gum on fist sips and ends with a pleasant lemon note near the finish. This taste more like an Ethiopian Natural than a "Typical" Indonesian. Really shines on pour over but have to admit espresso has been very pleasant!  

CUP PROFILE:

This very limited release from Java is a standout offering from Indonesia, a region where there are high quality coffees coming out of. The Tim Tim lot is seen somewhat often in Indonesian coffees, but the USDA variety we don’t often come across. It’s a variety brought to Indonesia in the late 50’s/early 60’s from Ethiopia, near a region where the Panamanian Geisha variety came from. This lot anaerobically fermented natural lot cups very well because of this combination of high quality variety and processing. We get fruity sweetness of Grape and Plum, dense sugary notes of Bubblegum, and a fresh note of Lemon. This is a really unique cup, especially coming from Indonesia,
