Wow This is a treat! Really good on both espresso and drip. This Uganda has a mouth watery raisin and brown sugar taste . The aroma alone will make your mouth water in delight.

Roast Level:
Medium . Our goal is to bring as much sweetness and character of the bean forward without over roasting the flavors out of the bean. We like to drop this bean at the end of first cracks about 10-20 sec.
Description:

Roasted Fresh Daily. Usually ships same day with 1-5 day shipping. We roast on a fluid bed air roaster. This means less acidity for people with sensitive stomachs. Cleaner, no hydrocarbons or charring. Questions are welcomed! We love coffee and hope you love ours as well.

This is my second bag. It makes smooth tasting espresso with a hint of the raisin and fig. Makes the perfect way to start the day!

My 2nd bag and I've been loving this as a latte. This time I paired it with Chocolate Milano syrup so I can bring out more coco flavor. I can't stop drinking it. Love it as a latte and a straight espresso shot. Can't go wrong with this one.

So fresh! It was roasted just before it shipped! Delicious for pour over or drip! Happy it’s organic! Will order again!

I have had 7 different Good Brothers coffees. This is by far our favorite. It is smooth, flavorful , but not over the top, very well rounded. Simply, it’s a great enjoyable cup of coffee.

We love this kind of coffee. Coffee smell is lovely and a hint of sweetness is perfect.

I discovered Good Brother’s Coffee earlier this year after purchasing a Breville Oracle Touch and was shocked to discover a significant improvement in flavor and freshness in my coffee drinks. My personal favorite had been their Espresso, but earlier last week I was thrilled to discover their Uganda Bugisu was simply outstanding. I also have a fresh bag of their El Salvador Cerro, but haven’t opened it yet.
I enthusiastically recommend coffee lovers try Good Brother’s coffee. They are freshly roasted, fabulous flavors and choices, and promptly delivered after an online order.

We love our medium roast raisin fig coco beans. You can actually taste the sweetness. And it came out perfectly every brew. Good quality of beans and perfectly roast.

Taste good and different, but not sure to try it again.

Great coffee, used both for pour over (Hario Woodneck) and espresso, had great cocoa notes with both preparations.

Great flavor profile.

What a wonderful coffee. I love figs and raisins... add a hint of coco and you've got a hit. I found this gets elevated when you add 2 pumps of Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup, and serve as a latte. GB coffee is easy to grind and the roast level perfect.

Uganda Bugisu surprised me. I am not usually a fan of fruity coffee, but after reading the tasting notes of this one, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. The tasting notes are spot on. The lovely raisin and fig flavors come out, but is not too overpowering. It has just the right amount. I enjoy this as an espresso, coffee and is just wonderful with milk based drinks. I knew I was hooked the moment I had my first Cappuccino. I got hit with the wonderful notes of sweet, creamy figs and raisins. Really, really good stuff.

As with every Good Brothers Coffee bag I have purchased, I was extremely satisfied with the consistency in roast, bean quality, and flavor from this Uganda coffee. I am not a big fan of raising nor fig, yet, this coffee made me change my mind. Using 18g, my ROK manual grinder, and setting the water temperature between 200 and 202 degrees Fahrenheit, I have been able to consistently pull some very decent shots. I make Irish Coffee, espresso, latté, flat white, French press, pour over, and moka pot with it with excellent results each time. Using Third Wave Water helps extract the coffee even more. I love it. You gotta try this!
