I've been a happy customer of Good Brothers for a while & have tried several different blends. Just have to say "Liquid Amber" is my all time favorite. Wonderful crema & so tasty it never fails.

I've been on a quest to find great beans for my daily espresso. I really like Good Brothers Liquid Amber, and even more so than their Neapolitan Blend. It produces a nice cappuccino that is not bitter or overly acidic. Has nice flavor without the brightness of a lot of contemporary "espresso" beans from other companies. I'm pretty happy to add this to my daily routine. The only bad thing about purchasing this was the long ship/delivery time via the US Postal Service. It took them 8 days to get this to me. Because of the importance of getting the freshest possible beans in the shortest time after roasting, I think most coffee companies should drop USPS and switch to a faster and more reliable carrier.

I’ve been drinking coffee for over 70 years. Liquid Amber best I’ve ever had. I love it just black to experience the great flavors. More than just a cup of coffee, it’s a wonderful experience.

Great coffee!! Lots of crema, very good for milk based coffees, dark roasted with pleasant bitter notes.

It took me a while to dial in the bean. While it looks straight up amazing coming out, if you don't get the temp right it will have a bitter after taste. I was able to get amazing results with the following: 19g / 40g 28 seconds (no pre-infusion) 185f Now it is a dream.

Great as Napolitan

These are by far my favorite beans I've had! I've only been into espresso making for about 5 months and have yet to find beans I've enjoyed enough to purchase a second time until now. The shot in the clip is from beans that are a few days shy of 4 weeks old but they are even more delicious than when I opened the bag at 1 week old.

Liquid amber tastes so good, I drink the espresso straight up. It's easy to dial in, and has a thick creamy crema,. The taste starts out with fresh tart apple, and finishes with dark chocolate.

This blend is always good. It’s rich with a heavy chocolate flavor. Crema is always great. Makes just an awesome espresso. A very filling latte!

I use Liquid Amber for espresso and long blacks (with and without cream). It’s very consistent with a sweet flavor and a creamy mouth feel. It extracts well and is now the only coffee I use with my Decent DE1XL.

This coffee is everything and more that other reviewers say it is. Mine was roasted on 5/22 and as of 6/12 it still tastes just as fresh as it did on the first day that I tasted it from my airscape container. The crema is awesome on this one. Very smooth with just the perfect flavor profile.

Very beans for espresso, Latte, But on the pricey side.

I received these only a few days off roast and rested them for a few more days before use. These beans make an excellent classic Italian Espresso with robust, chocolate and nutty flavors and a very rich creama. I have already reordered!

This Holy day Easter 2023: I review #goodbrotherscoffee #espresso #liquidamber #coffeebean. I ordered a 4 ounce bag online and they roast to order! Depending how you grind/use your beans will determine when you use freshly roasted beans. Because we grind to an espresso in our home so fine it’s almost powder, the rule is 2-3 weeks post roast. (Pour over is immediate!) When it arrived in the mail I dated when to use, which perfectly landed on Easter Sunday! Liquid Amber is a dark roast but not as dark as an Italian roast. I was skeptical when I saw brown beans in the bag. Oh great… another fruity bright coffee- sissy stuff in my book. So… I weighed out the dose (20g) and ground it. Nice aroma from the grind. Mildly fruity so still skeptical. Tamped the portafilter and started the machine. Now we’re talking. It was beautiful. A thick crema due to high c02 post roast. I made us a double shot americano with steamed half n half. Breve I believe. The result: the very best coffee yet. Velvety and super robust with strong cocoa notes. Nothing sissy about this stuff! So far the best coffee I’ve ever had. 2023- The Year of Delicious Coffee just keeps showing up and showing out! Happy Easter from the Willises! ☕️

I follow several YouTubers who make videos about espresso. I noticed a few using Liquid Amber in their videos, so I thought I’d give it a try. It didn’t disappoint. Luscious, creamy, chocolately, and easy to dial in. It has become my go-to blend for morning espresso.

The coffee is to die for!!! It is a little pricier than other coffee subscriptions, but in my opinion it is WAY worth it!! Helps take my lattes, etc to the next level that I make at home! Also, for the first time I had an issue with my coffee not arriving, and without skipping a beat, within minutes of sending my email, I was resent the coffee I ordered, AND on a faster delivery speed!! Received it and am very satisfied with it all!! Will definitely keep buying their tastey coffee beans from here on out!!

Good Brothers does not disappoint. This particular roast is my favorite. A close second is the “Mexican Chiapas” roast.

This is an excellent roast, grinds well, smells amazing and pulls great espresso shots! I have pulled 15 gram shots with and without the paper filter to great effect, though I have not tasted it side by side. Pictured is with the paper filter placed beneath the grounds on the bottom of the basket. Very fresh!

I'm admittedly a coffee snob. It's one of the small pleasures of life that punctuate a hectic day with little happy "pick-me-ups". Honestly, I've never had coffee this good. The crema is luscious, the brew is balanced and richly flavored. I'm sold for good!

I started doing my own espresso this past year and started with Good Brothers Liquid Amber and I have to say I experiment with other beans but when I really want the good stuff, I come back to Liquid Amber beans for rich tasting espresso with whatever drink I'm creating. Thank you Good Brothers.

I have been purchasing this Liquid Amber for about a year now and it is just as awesome as it was the first time we purchased it. It is my Wife's favorite Dark Roast Coffee as a Vanilla Latte. This is her morning coffee every morning.

I typically order the regular Good Brother’s espresso blend, but tried this out on a friend’s recommendation. It has a great rich taste (I mix with milk for an iced latte). I’m a fan! It’s also cool to watch on a bottomless portafilter… it really does look like liquid amber!!
