As the coffee is about 5 days off roast we were getting major green grape which then turns more into apricot and honey as the days went on. The price on this coffee also stands out! Such a value. There are only 150lbs of this and will go fast.

Vanesa Neyra’s coffee farm in Peru grows more than high-quality arabica coffee. It’s also home to native timber species like cedar, walnut, and laurel trees as part of her reforestation initiative.

In a secondary forest on her farm, Vanesa also maintains beekeeping practices to give local flora all the support it can get. She has her sights set on sustainable profitability, and plans to achieve this through participation in programs that ensure stable and regenerative coffee production.

As part of her third harvest, this rare and exceptional Peruvian geisha coffee is a testament to her newfound and well-deserved reputation for coffee that’s distinctively fruity and sweet, with an elegant fusion of floral aromas and spices.

Cajamarca is renowned for being a region where productivity is high per hectare. The sweet coffees with bright acidity that grow here come from lush highlands at soaring altitudes of 1500 to 2000masl.
