This coffee really lives up to its billing. The cinnamon notes were there from the start but the coffee really came into it’s on after a couple of weeks. I will be ordering this again.

Cracking this one open was a DELIGHT. Put all other beans on hold for a good month! LOL...They team at Good Brothers are crafting such great beans through their roasting process and this one is ELITE. If you like cinnamon'y sweet, morning feel good, this is the bean for you!

I like the taste but it’s difficult to dial it for espresso

10/10 one of my favorites. Pulled on Spro this was one of the most delicious shots I’ve had at home.
I actually prefer this compared to the September Buttercream I had earlier this year. Thanks Brent!!

This has such a layered unique flavor profile to it.
Since it was recommended to wait 2-4 weeks after the roast date for espressoI decided to try it at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week intervals to start just to see how the flavors were.
I would definitely wait at least until the 3rd week at the earliest but the 4th week in my opinion was optimal. Even weeks after this the flavor just deepens in my opinion. Although this is great hot my favorite is cold. It absolutely makes the best iced coffee there is. I haven’t tried it with just water as my favorite iced is always with just milk added to the espresso.
If you’re looking for something with a great and unique flavor profile try this. You won’t be disappointed. Superb very unique blend.

Taste good hint of cinnamon

This is the best holiday coffee, hands down. The smells are wonderful. Every time I brew this coffee it brings me joy!

I love this coffee so much! I typically have a hot oat milk latte in the morning then a cold one with sweetener right after. So delicious either way. I like to order the 2lb one cuz it’s that good
Erika
I believe this might be my favorite bean of all time! Originally ordered a small bag which was gone way too quickly. I’ve since ordered two 5 lb bags. Excellent choice!

It definitely took 2 1/2 weeks rest before this was ready, but then the cinnamon and churro flavors popped. Very enjoyable.

This is a lovely medium roast and is now one of my top coffees. Super easy to pull, I pull mine as a lever shot 18.5 in and 40 out. Tastes great as a shot or in milk. I drink mine in milk most of the time and really love the chocolate and cinnamon flavors. You won’t be disappointed, if you are, you aren’t pulling it right which would be super hard to do!

If you like cinnamon then you will love this coffee I brought it 2 times. It’s sooo good!

Amazing! Tastes shockingly like an actual cinnamon roll. Makes great lattes

Not sure what the roast date issue was with this order but the flavor and freshness was fine. I am pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to purchasing again.

I hate to share how good it is be cause I want to be able to keep buying it. It’s great, my favorite medium roast hands down.

Cinnamon Roll on the xbloom studio. I purchased this for the espresso machine but as a pour over this coffee is exceptional! Just a hint of a cinnamon roll with a bit of dark chocolate. It's tough to beat Good brothers coffee ... everything I have purchased from these guys has been great. You really should try this ... hopefully it will be around for a while.

Getting all the tasting notes given on the label. Very good tasting coffee.

Good Brothers Coffee does it again. Excellent texture, body, and flavor coming from a ROK grinder for a tasty expresso and latte. Using the Eureka grinder also accentuates the flavor profile very nicely. I highly recommend this roast. Using Third Wave Water and 1:2 ratio for espresso and a 75g per litre ratio for infusions.

It's amazing how much it tasted like a Cinnabon. Delicious stuff

Great roast of a challenging bean. Have had a few Diego Bermudez from other roasters, and these are probably the most forgiving, easiest-to-drink shots to pull. Brioche-y cinnamon notes, sweet and creamy in milk. Other renderings tend to be like getting punched in the mouth with a fistful of cardamom, which is ok if you like that sort of thing. But Good Brothers has a much more approachable and less funky roast here.

Fresh beans can’t go wrong. Smooth will definitely buy again!

I have only tried it in my breville pressurized basket, but the flavor and aroma were outstanding!

This was good. Liked it most using the Aeropress with Prismo attachment.

This was absolutely wonderful! This cinnamon flavor was a nice flavor with milk drinks. Looking forward to purchasing this again soon!
Thank you!

As usual good brothers coffee should be called great brothers coffee as the coffee is incredible

The burst of flavor that comes from this coffee is just pure joy. Cinnamon and sweetness and light chocolate are the notes I get. I highly recommend.

Cinnamon Roll is by far my favorite coffee from Good Bros.! I use it for lattes and cortados, and when paired with a pump of vanilla syrup and good milk, it really does have the flavor of a comforting cinnamon roll. I'm about to order more!

Lovely sweetness w/ plenty of cinnamon @ just six days off roast. Threw it in the xBloom and had a great cup, will try it as espresso next week. If you loved milky cake like me, try this out.....
