Ideal for breaking in new burrs or grinders along with practicing Latte Art. This mix is roasted mostly between light and medium, using leftover samples and odds and ends from the past five years. You might find the occasional dark roast or a batch that didn’t quite make the cut — . Overall, expect a lighter roast profile, designed to go the distance.

Great transaction, fast shipping, beans worked well with an initial 1kg M47 conical standard and pour-over burr sets seasoning, and will be using the final 3.5kg for an OGX64 flat burrs burn-in seasoning soon.
