This coffee will appeal to a wide range of coffee drinkers. It has balance flavor notes of cinnamon snickerdoodle cookies, marshmallow, brown sugar crumble, praline nut, and bittersweet chocolate. We have had positive feedback from both light roast only drinkers along with dark roast preferred drinkers as we think this is a good common ground coffee.
Partially refined sugars and deep chocolate roast flavors are a theme from fragrance to finish, although there is a bit more to parse out in between. Las Camelia's aromatic profile demonstrates sweet and savory notes that brought to mind sundae toppings, like caramel sauce, fudge, and candied nuts. The balanced sweetness found in the brew is sure to be crowd pleasing. The aroma has some very subtle fruited aspects that have more of an impact on the acidity, than flavor profile
