Guatemala San Antonio washed
CUP PROFILE: Milk duds, Graham Cracker, Chocolate
About the coffee:
The wet aroma is rich and sweet, with notes of milk chocolate and creamy condensed milk. When hot, the cup reveals flavors of Milk Duds, graham cracker, and smooth milk chocolate, carried by a medium body. As it cools, the flavor remains consistent—simple yet satisfying—with lingering Milk Duds sweetness, balanced body, and a subtle hint of raisin, reminiscent of a single light toasted marshmallow. Our Zp6 Special loved this coffee with Crystal Geyser water when we were testing.
Resting Suggestions:
For drip brewing, allow 10 days from the roast date for optimal flavor. For espresso, we recommend resting 1-2 weeks. However, if you're running low on coffee, feel free to brew it sooner!
Roast Level:
This is a Medium roast.
