This special blend captures the warmth and joy of the holidays, with flavors that evoke cherished seasonal traditions. We created a blend that highlights some of the finest coffees of the season from regions known for their vibrant, complex flavors with a great amount of red fruit.
Price: We are being extremely aggressive with the lower price on this coffee as we want you all to give it a try!
Resting Suggestions:
Ideally any drip 10 days from the roasted date. For espresso, 1-2 weeks from the roast date. If you are low on coffee its ok to dive in earlier!
Roast Level:
This is a Medium roast giving us around a 13.5% weight loss. 62.9 whole bean color 83.5 ground color. Higher the # the more light.

Roasted Fresh Daily. Usually ships same day or within 1-5 business days. We roast on a fluid bed air roaster. This means less acidity for people with sensitive stomachs. Cleaner, no hydrocarbons or charring. Questions are welcomed! We love coffee and hope you love ours as well.

A wonderful medium roast that pairs perfectly with milk. I waited two weeks to enjoy it as espresso, and I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend waiting 2-3 weeks for optimal flavor development.
