I honestly wouldn't know it's decaf if no one told me! There is butter caramel sweetness meshed with cooked fruit that seems like pastry filling: berry jam, hint of banana, cinnamon-laced sugar, and browned butter. It's not a crazy bright cup, but not flat at all either. Body is substantial and fruit adds complexity, so a very successful Moka Java blend in that respect. I have been drinking this both on espresso and drip and both are amazing. The unique sweetness also pairs nice with milk.
