About: I honestly wouldn't know it's decaf if no one told me! There is butter caramel sweetness meshed with cooked fruit that seems like pastry filling: berry jam, hint of banana, cinnamon-laced sugar, and browned butter. It's not a crazy bright cup, but not flat at all either. Body is substantial and fruit adds complexity, so a very successful Moka Java blend in that respect. I have been drinking this both on espresso and drip and both are amazing. The unique sweetness also pairs nice with milk.

Medium . Our goal is to bring as much sweetness and character of the bean forward without over roasting the flavors out of the bean. We like to drop this bean as first crack ends.

Roasted Fresh Daily. Usually ships same day with 1-5 day shipping. We roast on a fluid bed air roaster. This means less acidity for people with sensitive stomachs. Cleaner, no hydrocarbons or charring. Questions are welcomed! We love coffee and hope you love ours as well.

Just as my last two bags, I'm enjoying this decaf purchase because it has a nice strong coffee flavor. I'd given up on buying the decaf coffee at my local food co-op, which used to offer very strong coffee flavored decaf. But this year I began to notice it just did not have the flavor of past years. In fact, I could barely tell it was coffee. Then my son-in-law discovered your coffee and gifted me some. My health is requiring me to drink mainly decaf coffee, hence my recent purchases. Coffee I'd been buying lately just didn't taste like coffee anymore. My son-in-law who lives in the UK turned me onto your coffee by gifting me some. I was hooked immediately. Such a good full bodied coffee flavor. Even the decaf is rich and full flavored. Love it! Thanks for the great quality. My only gripe is that I had to buy 3 small bags last time to get 12 oz. I would prefer to buy in one bag of 12 oz.

I've been buying my coffee at my local food co-op. Since it's been under new management for the last year I've noticed that my decaf coffee was no longer tasting like coffee! It seemed to have no coffee flavor. Then my son-in-law introduced me to Good Brothers. I ordered my first decaf bag recently.
WOW! What a difference. My coffee not only tastes like coffee again but tastes like full-bodied, rich coffee. I LOVE it. It is a bit spendy on my income but hey. It's worth it.

The wife is a decaf drinker - during the week she prefers a pourover before heading to work. On the weekends its a latte or a mocha latte. This decaf works for both. Easy to dial in and manage and a great cup anytime.

I got a small bag back in Jan to try. After 4 months I have come to believe it is the best decaf espresso I have tried so far, and I have tried a lot over 20 years. Just ordered and received 5 LB's and am very happy. I know everyone's taste is different but I can highly recommend giving it a try if your looking for a good tasting decaf.

I'm admittedly a coffee snob though I do blend my beans half caf so I can enjoy more cups of brew. This is by far the best decaf I've ever had. The crema is luscious, the brew is balanced and richly flavored. It's a dreamboat!
