Between V60, Siphon, French Press, AeroPress, MokaPot, and espresso...I found it to be particularly good in espresso and Aeropress. I highly recommend it! Also, as an Irish Coffee it is awesome!

From the moment you open the bag; the smell of chocolate hits you. Preparing it as a French Press makes the chocolate more pronounced as you await the time to expire so that you can pour yourself a cup. It took you back to the chilly mornings, in the woods. Just me and my cup of chocolate.

Good overall coffee. I was expecting an espresso roast since the name suggested to be an espresso blend. But the extraction tastes more like a light-medium roast to me. However, as such, I enjoy the milder roast flavor of this blend in the morning. I prefer my more robust espresso roast flavors in the afternoon after all. Perhaps this blend can be a closer to an espresso roast next Christmas.

My first experience with Good Brother's coffee, was their delicious Neapolitan blend. When GB released their Polar Expresso holiday release, I knew I had to try it. The marketing on the label is spot on.
It's got the boldness of a dark roast, oh yes. But it also has the taste of dark cherry, which is delicious. It's also smooth and sweet, the combination makes fir such an amazingly delicious coffee.
Polar Expresso has become my new favorite dark roast coffee, and id like to buy 5 pounds of it every month from now on, it's that good. I would like to see the price drop for it to around 30 dollars per 2lb bag though, 39 is a bit steep.
I really recommend this coffee, if you like dark roasts and cherries, you'll love it. BTW, I learned that the unique label on it, was created by AI, amazing ha! When I finish this bag, I'm cutting out a section to add to my wall art.

I really am enjoying the Polar Expresso. What a great roast with wonderful holiday inspired tasting notes. I have been brewing it with my Breville Barista Express motly, but a few times in my Clever Dripper. It is especially good as an espresso. Also, great job on the branding. love the name. Brent wasn’t kidding when he said the flavors are amazing. Short rosy retro shots or normal 18g both give amazing flavors. But it’s also flavorful as a pour over in v60
