This is absolutely delicious - the fragrance is strawberry even before grinding. I have had great pour overs with this, but most of the time I just soup/long soup it. So delicious. I'm buying more and will be sad when its gone. Delightful! My tea drinking better half even likes this!

I ordered about 5 pounds and it is delicious!!!

I liked the Strawberry.

Strawberry lollipop is easily my favorite bought a 5lb bag! The flavor is there so u can taste the strawberry. It’s not over powering so it dosent ruin the coffee. It’s the perfect blend of strawberry mixed with a great espresso that taste natural and dosent have syrupyness to it. Prolly the one I will be sticking with for awhile. I’d love to see a dark roast option thinking of mixing it with Neapolitan blend just to see.

It’s great. Different but delicious

I was a little hesitant on ordering this one as I don't care for co-ferments. I tend to prefer flat bottom brewers, but I found this particular coffee yields a very vibrant, strawberry-forward, but clean cup when brewed in a conical dripper (I used the Hakka Wild Lily) with a coarse grind and slightly lower water temperature (I went for 92C). I've never had a coffee quite like this. It's not funky like a co-ferment, but it has a distinctive fresh strawberry flavor. I would definitely order it again.

Really does taste like strawberries. About to order different variety and give a test drive

Always love your beans. Great selection and a great price.

Fantastic fruity coffee. I brewed it in a V60 with 20g beans, 300g water at 205F. 4-5 weeks seems to be the sweet spot (pun intended). 10/10!

Amazing! Tasting notes are spot on.

The cleanest strawberry I’ve ever tasted. Tastes like a fresh strawberry from the farmers market with a sugary sweetness. Great on spro too!

This is one of the most unusual coffee's I ever enjoyed. The strawberry notes really jump out at you. A few years ago, I found a limited production Ethiopian coffee that had strong blueberry notes; this one is the strawberry equivalent. I brewed it several ways, including with Aeropress over ice. Very enjoyable!

Immediately upon opening, this coffee greets you with a heady, candy‑sweet strawberry fragrance—almost like a strawberry soda in bean form. Bright strawberry top notes shine through clearly, balancing playful sweetness with vivid clarity. The coffee offers a medium-light body—clean, crisp, and slightly syrupy—reminiscent of a fresh fruit candy. It’s bright and juicy, yet refined, making it ideal for pour-over methods that allow delicate fruit clarity to shine truly. Strawberry Lollipop boldly delivers on its promise. It’s a playful delight—like sipping a fresh strawberry candy—yet expertly balanced by clean acidity and light tropical sweetness. Fans of fruit-bomb coffees, especially those who love berry-forward profiles, will find much to adore here. It’s a vibrant, fun, and satisfying cup that more than lives up to your love for it.

Outstanding!!!

This bean was delicious! The strawberry profile is undeniable. Adding milk, especially heavy cream, it tastes very similar to a strawberry Creme Saver. My V60 dial: Using a DF64 with SSP v2 burrs, grind at setting 63. Brew 20g of coffee at a 1:17 ratio with 201°F water. Start with a 60g bloom for 45 seconds, then add 100g to reach 160g. Continue with 60g pours every 10 seconds until you reach a total of 340g. 3:30-3:45 brew time. Enjoy!

Very nice fresh strawberry notes. While I prefer lattes, this is great as an Americano. The cooler it gets the fruitier it gets.

This coffee is also my favorite fruity coffee. Love the strawberry notes. I'm buying more! Hopefully it stays around for awhile.

This is by far my favorite fruity coffee of all time!!!
