This 100% India Cherry Robusta. These beans are perfect for seasoning your roaster. These are also amazing to use with making your own espresso blend. Or even straight up!  

For seasoning, we suggest you do a full batch and roast past second crack. Make notes when first cracks start and when second cracks starts. This will help you know your roaster. We suggest to disregard the first batch from a new roaster.
