There is a larger than normal rocks with this green. We do not run our green though a destoner like we do out roasted coffee. Having some rocks in green is extremely common on all quality of coffee. This one just seems to have more than normal as a heads up.
Guatemala San Antonio
CUP PROFILE: Milk duds, Graham Cracker, Chocolate
ABOUT THE COFFEE:
The wet aroma is rich and sweet, with notes of milk chocolate and creamy condensed milk. When hot, the cup reveals flavors of Milk Duds, graham cracker, and smooth milk chocolate, carried by a medium body. As it cools, the flavor remains consistent—simple yet satisfying—with lingering Milk Duds sweetness, balanced body, and a subtle hint of raisin, reminiscent of a single toasted marshmallow. Our Zp6 Special loved this coffee with Crystal Geyser water.
