Hi All, I liked this coffee, but I found no connection to the Holidays. I roasted it to the end of 1st crack, but I think it could still take a few more seconds of roasting. On the second roast, I will go into 2nd crack for a richer flavor. It's an I hope maneuver, because I prefer a dark roast on most of my roasts. Good coffee in general, not disappointed in the end, just thought it might be a more Christmasy taste.
