Bright, playful, and confectionary from the first wet aroma: Fruity Pebbles, florals, confectionary sugar, lemon-lime, and an exotic lively twist.
Hot — true to aroma, fruity and effervescent with excellent linger. Cooled — transforms into refreshing ginger beer with lime and a pleasant tingle.
Our cupping notes:
Wet aroma lively with bright tropicals — white grape, kiwi, pineapple, lychee, and clean coffee-blossom florals. Hot — lemon zest, white grape, kiwi, and easy clean flavor. Cooled — honeyed sweetness emerges, more peach appears, with a crisp limeness in the finish.
Intense wet aroma of lemon-lime-ginger, grapefruit. Hot — tangy tropicals like a melted sucker, lychee, lively citrus kick, ultra-complex and wild yet clean. Cooled — ginger-forward with a slight sour/puckering finish.
Overall: A vibrant, citrus-driven washed coffee full of effervescent energy, moving between fun Fruity Pebbles playfulness and elegant peach-white grape-kiwi sophistication. Clean, complex, and never flat.

10 days for pour over. 2-3 weeks on espresso. This coffee was surprising good very early. Feel free to dip in early on this one.

I bought the beans roasted and green to compare. I love that they provide good roasting notes. Amazing beans and fantastic service!

Both the coffee and the customer service are outstanding! I bought the same beans roasted and green and did a side by side. I was pleased that mine were as good as theirs and theirs were amazing! Love this seller!

Outstanding! The "Fruity Pebbles" notes were unmistakable, and extremely tasty. Definitely one if my new favorites at GB.

I can see this coffee going in many directions depending on age, water temp, and grind size. I’m using pour over hario neo dripper my first cup I used a 202f water temp. My next cup I’m gonna go up to 205f . I also use a Melo drip.

Extremely consistent! Delicious! Amazingly fruit forward for a washed. Suspect complex processing. Penas Blancas and Good Brothers did it again! Here’s to another bright beautiful morning!
