Blue raspberry slushie, watermelon candy, cotton candy, laffy taffy — this coffee is a straight-up carnival in a cup. Playful, vivid, and loud in all the right ways.
If you are a fan of co-ferments that are cleaner with big flavor. This is a must buy. It might be my favorite coffee over the past couple years. Reminds us of a co-ferment but is actually clean with low funk!
If you've ever wished your morning coffee could channel the electric energy of a candy store, this one's for you. From the first burst of aroma — think red raspberry and blue raspberry slushie — to the final sip of sour patch watermelon and fluffy cotton candy, this cup is a sugar-coated thrill ride. Each brew brings a slightly different take, but the throughline is clear: high-confectionary sweetness, blue laffy taffy vibes, and a clean, light finish that keeps you coming back for another sip that doesn't get old.
Resting recommendation: One- two weeks
We did drink this 18 hours from roast on espresso for fun and filter and was shockingly very happy. It did improve even more at 10-15 days.
Espresso shots seemed best for us 2-1 ratio in 20-25 secs.

Bought a second bag of this to put in the freezer! Might try some cold brew in the Toddy with it next time as well. Fun, is the best way I can describe this coffee.

This one is a real trip! I’m a sucker for blue raspberry slushy and the notes were spot-on. I used a K-Ultra grind setting 6.8. 3x bloom and wait one minute. Then slowly pour the remaining water with a 3:30 finish time. 1:16 ratio. Tasted perfect. This was an awesome bean selection, Good Brothers!

Really fun beans. Didn’t think I’d ever have tasting notes of blue slushy, and blue Gatorade frost haha.
Might sound weird to some, but I assure you, they’re really good and perfect for summer.
