Lunar Espresso Blend Green

Notes: Chocolate • Caramel • Toffee • Creamy Body

Bold meets balance in this creamy, full-bodied roast. Lunar Espresso blends the chocolatey depth of Guatemala Huehuetenango with the caramelized sweetness and nutty smoothness of natural Brazil—roasted darker for richness without the bitterness.

Lunar Espresso Blend is our take on the dark roast—roasted deeper for richness, but crafted with the elegance of third‑wave sensibilities. We combine the plush chocolate and citrus lift of Guatemala Huehuetenango with the natural caramel, toffee, and peanut character of Brazilian coffee. The result: a bold, creamy profile with a warm aroma of chocolate, caramel, and creamy. While designed for espresso, it’s just as impressive on drip, press, or Moka pot. Smooth, sweet, and versatile—this is bold coffee done right.

Crafted with espresso in mind, but just as stunning as a daily drip. Expect smooth chocolate, caramel, toffee, and a velvety body that holds up beautifully with milk or shines on its own.

Roast Level: 3rd-Wave Dark Or a Medium-Dark
🌓 Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate • Caramel • Toffee • Creamy Body
🌌 Brew Methods: Espresso, Drip, French Press, or Moka Pot
🔥 Perfect For: Those who love bold flavor without the burn

Resting Recommendations:

7-14 days from the roast date for espresso and 7 days for drip.  We dove in early (12 hours old) on espresso and drip and were still very pleased but will improved with some age.  Dont be afraid to dive in early!

Roast Level:

Medium - Dark - 15.3% weight loss Whole bean color 55 Ground color 80 (Lewbrew) higher # is lighter in color.  Our goal is to bring as much sweetness and character of the bean forward without over roasting the flavors out of the bean. We like to drop this bean around 35 degrees after first crack.
