Guatemala Huehuetenango - Waykan (Washed)
CUP PROFILE: Orange Blossom • Milk Chocolate • Lush Body
Milk chocolate and orange blossom leads both the hot aroma and first sips—sweet, semi bright, and unmistakably savory. As it cools, notes of chocolate and plump orange come forward, creating a rich yet clean flavor with hints of toffee and papaya with just the right amount of acidity. Near room temperature, you’ll catch hints of peach nectar in both taste and aroma. There’s a smooth balance throughout with nothing distracting. The two main notes are milk chocolate and orange blossom which we suspect will be a HUGE crowd favorite.

Amazingly soft textured coffee. Low viscosity wet on palate. Low acidity.
I roasted one with shorter development time and one roast longer. That gives me the best milk chocolate up front finishing with a sweet silky orange popsicle.
