This is a dark roasted Neapolitan blend designed for espresso but also amazing for dark drip lovers.
We set out to create a roast Ideal for milk based drinks that is also great straight up without the over roasted notes.
Our Neapolitan Blend has an intense pleasant bittersweetness that cuts through milk amazingly well. The dark chocolate sweetness turns creamy with lots of body and crema. This blend is not over roasted like many others.
80% Arabica / 20% Robusta and 100% better than the rest.

We drop this at the first signs of second crack. Which means there should be very little oils on this bean.

Roasted Fresh Daily. Usually ships same day with 1-5 day shipping. We roast on a fluid bed air roaster. This means less acidity for people with sensitive stomachs. Cleaner, no hydrocarbons or charring. Questions are welcomed! We love coffee and hope you love ours as well.

This blend is very tasty … more like a traditional espresso. Dark, rich with a long lingering taste that reminds you that you just had an Italian style espresso. My wife loves it as a batch brew in the Moccamaster. Another great multi purpose blend.

I find this blend shines in milk drinks but works well in a lot of situations. Everything from a 16-ounce latte to a 4-ounce cortado but it does best between 6-8 ounces imo. It does work well in a shorter ratio 2 or 4 to 1 Americanos as well. If you are looking to make a Lungo I'd go for the standard Espresso Blend though for a touch of acidity.

Hi guys, I was hoping to have a big wow report, but it seems that is not going to happen. I find myself liking
Neapolitan as a pleasant enough coffee, seemingly smooth and rich, yet not at all like the notes suggested.
No standout chocolate taste at all, and the brewing pressure was spot-on with my Breville. It's not been bitter or sour, just a nice cup of coffee. Seemed to be
much the same as an espresso also, but nothing to
write home about, like I thought I might, after seeing Hoon say so many good comments about it.
Still, I'm going to drink it all up, as it is a good cup of Java.

I've been on a quest to find great beans for my daily espresso. I like Good Brothers Neapolitan Blend, but not as much as I like their Liquid Amber. Neapolitan produces a good cappuccino that does not have the brightness of a lot of contemporary "espresso" beans from other companies. I would buy this again. The only bad thing about purchasing this was the long ship/delivery time via the US Postal Service. It took them 8 days to get this to me. Because of the importance of getting the freshest possible beans in the shortest time after roasting, I think most coffee companies should drop USPS and switch to a faster and more reliable carrier.

I ordered the Neapolitan Bled and received it only two days after the date on the bag. Very fast delivery.
I found it best to led the bean rest for about 5-7 days before I got the best taste from making espresso double shot, straight up. I don’t do milk frothing so I appreciate a good bean and Good Brothers Neapolitan Blend has achieved one of the best in my opinion.
I’m new to Good Brothers and look forward to trying a couple more of their beans.

Neapolitan Blend has a rich dark chocolate flavor, with a very thick crema on top. I used 17g and pulled 40g at 24 seconds, seems like the perfect extraction. I especially like this as a breve, but it's perfect for any drink that contains milk.

Although the lighter roasts are not what I personally gravitate to as darker roasts that tend to be more chocolate, carmel, and nut forward rather than fruity are more my preference it’s amazing how spot on this roaster is when it comes to the flavor profile descriptions.
This really helps the buyer know if a certain blend will appeal to them or not.
I also love that when you receive your order the roast dates are not incredibly old. This is something I have struggled with when buying from the grocery store. Sometimes they seem to sit on the shelves forever.

Love the Neapolitan Espresso Blend! I learned of Good Brothers Coffee from a post in the FB group Home Espresso Aficionados and gave them a try. The coffee was just as described, dark chocolate, sweet, creamy. May I add, Delicious!!! The order was processed same day and shipping from Holland, MI to Chicago suburbs was one day. Normally I am an Arabica fan only and not Robusta as I find it to lack the smoothness that I like but the small edition of 20% adds a much more intense flavor to this coffee. Because of the small amount that’s added it still maintains the smoothness I like.

this is THE BEST dark roast I have ever had! It was smooth and creamy which is perfect for espresso! it has chocolate notes as well which paired perfect with caramel syrup. Will be getting this blend again!

This is a great espresso blend. Plenty of crema, and chocolate notes. This shot was ground in a DF64 with SSP espresso burrs and pulled from a R58 with ims basket and screen. The beans are 22 days off roast and still amazing! Great job on this one Good Brothers!
