This coffee opens with a Citrus 7-Up sweetness that immediately gives the cup a dessert-like softness—think white frosting and sugar. The first sip is lively and expressive, driven by a citrus-soda sparkle that lifts the cup with a clean, refreshing acidity. We keep thinking of 7up.

As the coffee cools, that brightness folds into white peach and soft stone fruit, becoming more elegant and composed with floral and green-citrus accents that add complexity without cluttering the profile.

This is a high-clarity, high-sweetness coffee that feels playful up front and refined in the finish—sparkling,  a bit creamy but never heavy.

About:

Merly León has been part of Aromas del Valle since the cooperative’s early years, representing a new generation of producers from the district of Callayuc, Cutervo. Merly’s curiosity drives her to experiment with new cultivars and techniques, leading to steady gains in quality each season.

Aromas del Valle, led by Iván Cruz Rivera and receiving support from the Progreso Foundation, integrates agronomic, financial, and social programs to strengthen its young member base. Alongside investments in quality and infrastructure the cooperative runs the Mestiza project to empower women farmers and weave social equity into its model of
agricultural progress.
