This Brazilian Pulp Natural is a peanut lover’s dream. From the first inhale, the aroma sets the stage—warm peanuts, sweet coffee cake, and hints of toffee. The first sip delivers a smooth, structured cup with layers of peanut butter, milk chocolate, and crunchy peanut brittle, all wrapped in a caramelized sweetness.
As it cools, the coffee maintains its peanut brittle richness while developing a gentle toffee finish, making it a fantastic representation of Brazil’s best. The creamy texture and natural sweetness shine through, embodying everything we love about Brazilian coffee.
If you love the comforting flavors of peanut brittle and toffee, this one’s for you. It’s a balanced cup that hits all the right notes—whether you're sipping it slow or fueling up for the day. It goes down fast!
About This Coffee
Rubens comes from a family of coffee growers, and as a result, his memories are filled with recollections involving coffee farming. This also sparked his interest in the business from a very young age, and he developed a special fondness for the plantation. He graduated from São Paulo with a degree in Civil Engineering, but never ceased to be a coffee grower, a profession he always carried out with great dedication and professionalism, taking meticulous care of the plant from the root to the processed

Tried this first at 17 days after the roast date then at the recommended 20 days after.
This has great Crema and as it continues to age the flavor gets more well rounded and creamy.
I do get the usual caramel & chocolate notes but haven’t ever really gotten the peanut butter or toffee in my shots like I was hoping for. The peanut butter smell is always present when opening the bag though I will say.
It’s possible that those flavor notes come out more so in an upscale espresso machine or possibly even done as pour over. I did change the fineness of my grind and if I had a grinder that gave me more half degrees of fineness perhaps those flavors would have been more present than I was able to get with my grinder.
I probably wouldn’t buy this one again as the main reason I wanted to try it was for the peanut butter notes I was hoping for. I would say to anyone who hasn’t tried it to definitely do so as their equipment may yield those flavor profiles more. It definitely makes a smooth espresso though no question about it.

This coffee is delightful, from the first sip you get a naturally sweet and pleasant flavor of peanut brittle as it cools the toffee develops. Brazil has some of the best coffee, I highly recommend it.

Didn’t get the results I was expecting after hearing about this coffee. Using Breville Barista Pro, so I expect that is part of the problem.
